The conference will take place in Palo Alto, CA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business’ CEMEX Auditorium and Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center’s McCaw Hall.
The conference dates are Friday, November 2 through Sunday, November 4, 2018. The majority of attendees should plan to arrive by mid-afternoon on Friday, November 2. The conference ends at 12:00pm on Sunday, November 4, 2018.
Formal, hard copy invitations will be sent in the mail in late August. Official registration will open at the same time.

There is no formal registration fee as this is an invitation-only event. Airfare and travel expenses will be paid for Siebel Scholars in the classes 2018 and 2019.
Booking a reservation will be made through the registration process. The host hotels are the Sheraton Palo Alto, 625 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA, 94301 and the Westin Palo Alto, 675 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA, 94301. The room rate is $229 per night for single or double rooms.

Yes, there will be shuttle service between the hotel and various venues during the conference. Also, transportation to and from the airport will be provided on Friday, November 2nd and on Sunday, November 4th only. Specific time periods will apply.
The evening events will be hosted at a private estate. Due to this all attendees must take the shuttles departing from the Sheraton Palo Alto to and from the events. There will be no access for private vehicles or Rideshare drop offs or pick ups.
In early November, daytime high temperatures tend to range in the mid 60s F (about 18C) and overnight low temperatures in the low to mid 40s F (about 6C).

For evening events, Friday night is cocktail/business attire and the Saturday Gala is casual attire. Panel sessions, presentations and breakfasts are business casual.
The conference is invitation only. If you would like a colleague to attend the conference, you can request that we include their name and credentials on a wait list and see if space becomes available as we get closer to the date.
Unfortunately, guests (significant others, friends and children) are not be permitted to attend any conference activities as the event has doubled in size for our Scholars over the last few years.
You must be at least 21 years of age to attend the conference.
The official language of the conference is English. All sessions will be presented in English. Translation services will not be provided.
